I've got a working google earth link but I don't like to put it on an open forum.
I think Matt would prefer to reveal the location when people book.

Yes, it includes the lodge.
The caravan is extra. If you're booking the whole lake, I'm sure they will do some sort of deal..

Lake record that will go in september mate :D

Nooobe don't bother with stupid comments no one takes any notice 7 acre pundle :thumbsup_anim:

Mungo no booking in advance for the week, the place gets fully booked almost a year in advance there are two types of booking, the whole lake Chan normally does that for his mates, £1200 I think or single bookings I generally book a year in advance and find I can get on with other people. The swim draw is 1/2 caravan, 7/8 cabin ( unless they are empty ) the other you can decide between yourselves or Matt will draw. Fairest way.

There is a web site www.carpfishingfrance.com it needs updating.

Matt is Steve's brother that runs Jurassic and I think it is eden.

Like Chan I really like the place LQ I feel pressured to catch, here is a relaxing week.

Just over 7 acres. So thats around 3/4 of an acre per angler, a little more than some french venues I can think of and bigger than each pond at lq barring the long which is 8 3/4 acres.
1st class fishery. Run by a top bloke who lives on site. Excellent quality fish and fishing.

I'll be honest with you, I first visited Utopia a month after my first trip to Les Quis, I knew then which was my prefered fishery..

I like pegs 5 and 6, you get the view of the château on the hillside.

I have started this but I know Chan can update.
Utopia 2.5 hours from Calias.

A small lake 240metre by 170 metres. approx. 400 carp few cats few bream. lake record currently just under 50lb
8 swims. but peg 1 and 2 go to the people booking the caravan, pegs 7 and 8 got to the cabin.
around 10 to 12 ft in depth not a lot of weed but quite a few bars and Gravel patches.

There are 4 open water swims odd numbers and 4 margin swims all swim will have theeir day except probably peg 8 as it is a little hemmed in.

facilities. Toliet/shower, electricity for charging boats etc. Food package was £70- a week but has gone up slightly, but last year the food could only be classed as supurb.

Bait,
I have a list of the boilies Matt does the particle is £10 for 10k hemp is £18 for 10k and Maize £6 for 5k

Lake record for number of fish for an angler is 55 ( I think ) held by some bloke Chan.

personnally love the water very very pleasant. Fish show all over the venue.
