sorry its so late coming but heres my review.
Followed jad of the ferry, top man to follow  , anyway his sat nat nearly got us there  .
We all drew for pegs, matt put four lids in a bag with 1-4 in it who ever picked 1 chose what swim they wanted and so on.

I picked 1 and chose swim 5 reason being big enough for bivvy and also catch a few sun rays were on holiday dont forget. Although was tempted by swim 1, ie near to unloading, near to lodge, leave the rods in at food times, hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm swim 5 it was to be.

The food was something else, you think lq does well, well matt caters for the 30st clientel, big plates with an inch turn up an lets fill plate dont forget theres more if you want it, pppppppheeeewwwwwwwwwwwww even my v8 was full.

fish wise i had 6 fish 2 30+ 3 20+ and a 12lb lost about 5 fish??????????????? matt said curved hooks dont work? normallly use talon tips so didnt and lost a few??

realy great week i had the company, the food , the facilities, the host, just a shame i couldnt get amongst the bigger fish , but thats fishing, learnt a lot off of jad will be better prepaered next tim
reallly nice venue, will defo try again in the future,

thanks jad , chan and rob for a really nice relaxing week , a few beers and wine and cider :Ignore:  :thumb:

Middle of the night, even I am not that much of a bastard! () I did text him asaying I had the 48.though, 1am!

I have photo's never really been a trophy shot sort of angler, never really look back at what I have caught, the way I look at it is another will soon follow.

Baguette had too much in my munch bag to worry about that besides the amount of food that was servered up was more than enough, Most places put food on small plates so it looks a lot, this was BIG plate full of food! just about right

Squirt or pour!!! :thumbsdown_anim:

They are struggling this week, glad we had last week everything was perfect!

Who was the fussiest with the food ??????

Aaron 'I'll have a corned beef cob' Channer :thumbsup_anim:

Anyone who has been with me to LQ will tell you that I don't eat half the menu on offer and end up with something different to everyone else. The only dish I had different last week was a lump of steak instead of roast pork - result :thumbsdown_anim:

As it turned out, Chan didn't like pork either

we were each on one bank mate, So it was take it yourself, I had almost 250lb of carp one day all didn't want to get caught,

My back and neck are still suffering baddly, 611lb in a week, no wonder this old body was knackered and no sleep what with single bleeps and liners off the front of the bar, totalled!!

Still wouldn't swap it for anything, roll on September!
