The beer was ten Euros and you gave me some bait to try that cost 15 pound a kilo so we will call it evens ! As for the tea you supplied the bags , milk and that sugar stuff so not a bad deal . I've heard that a german angler had the scaley 60 from Joly in the last week so he came out 4 times in that Autumn period .

Awwwwwwwwww Shucks Guys your to kind lol . I got Mick on false pretences making him a quick couple of cuppa's then let him take control for the rest of the week . Come to think of it I even ordered a case of beer and sent him to pay for it lolit dont come much better than that does it ?.In all fairness though I had a great week with a great bunch of guys that I would be more than happy to fish with any of them again .(well it does help when your better than them ) :angry2:

I had a great time fishing next to him . Had me making the tea , even txt me "Where's my tea" in a bloody thunderstorm . Great sense of humour and a good angler too .

I think he will be going back to Maison . I'm in two minds as it didn't really float my boat this time . Off to Telliates in May and hope to get on Rainbow soon . Gary from Poacher supplies our bait as we just live up the road in Kent .

Just got back from Maison . Fished Jolly in front of the house . It was a good week on the lake with 38 fish caught by seven anglers . Top rod Norman Moon with 8 fish to 41 , biggest fish Vic with a 53 . In toatl 1 x53 11x40 the rest 30s and a few 20s .
Food and hosptality were excellent as usuall , the fish seemed a little down in weight compared to the spring , probaley due to the lack of anglers over the summer months . An angler had two 53s from Piruet .

So all is good at Maison , Korda are out there this week and Danny has already caught his obligatory 50 , how does he do it ?. They are taking bookings for 2010 !

That's if you can move ! looks like our Nick is getting more and more bookings . That said only one angler one on Joly this week and it looks that way until the September period .

Would love to get out there for a week as they haven't dropped their spawn yet .
