I was wondering what sort of rig and landing net you would use in the shed swim????????????????????????????????????????

A BIG ONE ( landing net )

RIG: any one will do as long as it isn't pumping Gas at the time.

ive fished this pegg on two occations catching over 50 fish on both trips up to 48.08 pounds,i found the more bait i started to put in the stamp of the fish improved i was baiting a area very heavely and fishing slightly off it,realy seem to do the trick!

its an awsome pegg and i think if you just do a little something different than the norm you con have great results....

i do no where your coming from dan mate ive heard alot of people have alot of fish in this pegg and nothing very big,but saying that ive heard it from every other peg on the lakes aswell....!

I think this would still be in my top 5 choice though, its also down to a little luck aswell...

Its like the zigs on this peg by the bridge had zig out for 3 days and had nothing on it...

Drew had a few back up 40s as well when he was in there. The blind mug 50 he had came from open water i think its worth coming off the tree line at night in this swim,i never fished it just noticed when i was there that people did not have a lot of night time fish.

I had a night time fish in open water it was a 8lb Mirror during the storm..

Not saying they dont get caught just a case that a lot of fish seem to come out of this swim upto 39lb

Tufty had a 54lb mirror, 49.08 common and 3 or 4 other 40s when he fished it. Stumbles had a 56lber from there.

Must be the calibre of angler

When did tey have them though?????
But if you look at the catches out of there a lot of fish come out upto 39lb... yet someone in gate will have the bigger fish..

I reckon its a case that the bigger fish have wised up in there and the younger fish are munching it all with the occassional big fish out of there !

Must be the qualoity then cause ive only managed them too 46lb in all the years ive been going.. damn im gonna take up golf this fishing lark is a pile of sh*t  :thumbsup_anim:

Why does it seem that the shed only seems to now throw up fish to 39lb...

When i fished it i had 30 odd fish to 39lb, Gooner is in there and again only too 39lb and the same happened with Neo?

Yet it seems the bigger fish get caught from around the other lakes, this seems to have been the case for the past 3 years, i know joss has had good fish from here but not alot has happened since then really..
