sounds like you really enjoyed it,sounds like you didnt have the rub of the green, the next time the big girl will be landed i think, did the fallen tree swim look ok?.do the fish come out on particles april may time?.7 trips booked you must of liked it ?.

Loved it mate...its fishin mate, take it on the chin. Fallen tree is a stunning swim, loads of water in front of you. Nothing came out on particles at all, not for the want of trying either.

I wouldnt have said well done dan, but cheers anyway..the week certianly taught me a few things about my own angling approach, and what ive got used to doing in past yrs....ive got a right "B" in my bonnett about ast weeks and the venue.

The snake experience was amazing, ive never seen a thing like it in the wild.

I think you done well considering how hard it was fishing matey, you could of so come away with a blank like many that probably do...

I use feed mine live rats amazing how quick they hit their prey at, mine grabbed me hand once and let me tell you, i sh*t it and sweated like you will never know.... made me very careful around him after that, unfortunately mine died once i moved in with my lisa and my lil broth didnt care for him was gutted when i found him ... :thumbsup_anim:

i loved the cooking, we worked well as a team..bigjon done brekkie, i done evening meals and gandalf washed up...every swim has electric points, and running water, cabins and freezers on each main banks...swims were more like lawns to fish on...brick bilut barbecues in between swims.....fishing side, its not easy....aint no mugs water...and far better anglers than me (which aint hard) have and will blank bid style on there...

KM comes round every morning to see how we were getting on, and to help out if we needed it....he also spent friday night with us when i laid on a big barby for everyone.....

proper place, proper fish for proper anglers....be prepared to blank and you'll enjoy the rest...
