the last 4 trips ive taken at least 4 different baits, t&m , r&r, bit of ws and some prb, a mixure of sizes, just feel it keeps the fish guesing as to whats on the hook and also who knows are fish like us??? some people love liver and kindey well i hate it so, one fish might like t&m but not r&r ect, not done too bad on that system.

I Agee with rob to a certain degree, but I'm in the opinion of I like to give the fish something from a nutrition point of view! Winter S, won't give the fishanything but the shits!I've continued to use a high quality bait for yrs at les quis and wherever I fish.

Hi Mate

Welcome to the forum.

I'll probably get shot down for this, but in my opinion, bait is irrelevent to a certain extent as long as its good quality. Take whatever bait you are confident in. They are big fat boilie munching machines that will eat just about anything. You only have to look at the catch results to see how many fish get caught each week and everyone is using different baits week in, week out.

I know Winter Secret isn't everyone's cup of tea, but thats from a fish weight point of view. You can't deny that it caught so many fish when it was being used on a regular basis. I know guys who still use it today and still catch on it.

Have a good trip :thumb:

Robs right for once take what your confident in and you will catch.

Let me start by saying i know feck all about bait,I think most would agree WS catches fish but not so good for their wieght gain.

Cant you just make a good protien bait with the same atractor in it

yes...and the posistive side is massive weight gains...the negative is lower catch rates...simpels..lol

Don't think it matters too much what you use as long as it works.
