Major fish kill going of at this venue........... Svc being the suspected culprit.......... Such a shame as it's a fantastic venue and the fish were growing fast!

30 x 30s going in this winter along with the swims being changed to wood chippings........and margins deepened along the bank from swims 1 - 5..........tempted for 2012 but dreamlakes is also calling along with napolean 2.........oh the choices........lol

well here is a little report from my week...........

Arrived about 3pm on the Saturday to be greeted by danny the caretaker.........top bloke who gave us the full run down of the week before which was a good week!!

The house and pool are stunning and the 8 of us rattled round the place........ Could easily accomadate 3 familys.......... :lol:

back to the little fishing we did........... Between me and my mate we landed 10 fish and lost 2..........sounds poor but we fished for no more than 24hrs in total doing 4hr sessions throughout the week.........if we had fished all week I'm sure we could have managed atleast 50 fish!!

Definately would go back and may do in 2012!

Just like to say thank you to danny for really doing a great job whilst we were there and also to Adrian and jenny for providing such a great set-up..........if I ever win the lottery be sure to be harrassed to sell it to me........fantastic place.......... :thumbsup_anim:
